1Definitions
"Thiqa" or "the Platform" refers to the website thiqarentals.com and associated mobile applications. "User" refers to anyone using the platform. "Owner" refers to someone listing their property for rent. "Tenant" refers to someone booking a property.
2Platform Use
You must be 18 years or older to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Using the platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of these terms is prohibited.
3Property Listings
The owner is responsible for the accuracy of displayed information. Photos and descriptions must be genuine and up-to-date. Thiqa reserves the right to remove any misleading or violating listing.
4Bookings & Payments
Bookings are made according to the owner's policy and displayed prices. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy specified for each property applies. Service fees are non-refundable.
5Liability
Thiqa is an intermediary platform connecting owners with tenants. We make every effort to verify properties but do not guarantee the condition of any property. Final responsibility lies with the parties to the rental agreement.
6Intellectual Property
All content on the platform including trademarks, designs, and text is owned by Thiqa or licensed to us. Copying or reusing any content without written permission is prohibited.
7Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Thiqa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
8Modifications
Thiqa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
